Waste all kinds PET bottles recycling PET flakes Plastic Washing Line
The set of production line is mainly used for processing the recycle of waste PET plastic bottles,such as water bottles, beverage bottles, and coke bottles in daily life. After preprocessing the recycled PET bottles(for pre-treatment before crushing, there are two programs for clients to choose,which are machineray label taking-off and steam separating, to cope with various sources of plastic bottles); breaking with water, separation of bottle caps, cold wash, steam hot wash, rinse, dehydration, drying, regrinding, impurities eliminating and selecting, and packaging. Through above steps, pet recycled bottle flakes can be got.

Belt convey→Rolling separator → manual pick table →Metal separator → Belt convey → Crusher → Label separator → Hot washer1 → Friction washing machine → Hot washer2 → High speed friction washing machine → Rinsing tank → Spary washing → Dewatering machine → Blower dryness system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing
