High rotated speed and low mixing time PVC Plastic mixer machine
SRL-Z series mixers are widely used in mixing, drying, coloring for all kinds of resin such as PVC, PP, PE, etc. They can also be applied in dryness of ABS, polycarbonate, and mixing hydroxybenzene, aldehyde resin.
This mixer is composed of one hot mixing pot and one cooling pot, the materials from hot mixer will be filled into the cooling mixer automatically, so it can eliminate humidity, and protect from agglomeration.
Feature:
1. This plastic mixer is used for the process of compounding , mixing, drying as one of the most ideal equipments for the manufacture of profiles and tubes.
2. Two layers sealing pot cover, cover opening adopts pneumtic control. All baldes are tested by dynamic and static balance.
3. The cold mixer adopts horizontal structure with the characteristics of large cooling area , fast speed, more homogenized.
